Project overview

Back to the core structure, then rebuilt as offices

Comprehensive dilapidation and reinstatement of an office. Full strip-out back to the core structure, with the removal of internal partitions, ceilings and finishes.

Following this, new wall linings and finishes were built, creating a new meeting room, offices and WCs, with full design and FF&E fit-out through to handover.

Scope and delivery

Nine weeks, demolition to FF&E

Design, build and furniture ran through one team, so the fit-out did not wait on a separate supplier at the end.

  • Strip-out to core

    Full strip-out back to the core structure, with internal partitions, ceilings and finishes removed before rebuilding began.

  • New meeting room

    New wall linings and finishes built to form a dedicated meeting room within the reinstated floor plate.

  • Offices and WCs

    New offices and WCs built out as part of the same package, with services reworked to suit the new layout.

  • Full design

    The scheme designed in-house, so the layout, finishes and furniture were resolved together rather than in sequence.

  • FF&E fit-out to handover

    Furniture, fixtures and equipment procured and installed through to handover, leaving a space ready to occupy.
