A working bike workshop under a working headquarters

Unit 5 is a bicycle retail and repair facility delivered for GSK beneath their central London headquarters. Designed to support staff cycling, the space provides on-site bike servicing alongside a retail offer of new and second-hand bicycles, accessories and essentials.

Delivered as a full design and build project, the scheme includes build, bespoke joinery, finishes, graphics, signage and fit-out, creating a highly functional and successful environment ready for immediate use.

Full design and build
Delivered end to end as a design and build project, from concept through to a space handed over ready for immediate use.
Workshop and servicing
An on-site servicing workshop for staff bikes, planned around the bench space and access a working repair operation needs.
Retail floor
A retail offer of new and second-hand bicycles, accessories and essentials, laid out around the servicing counter.
Bespoke joinery
Counters, storage and display joinery manufactured and finished by our own joinery division before installation.
Graphics and signage
Finishes, graphics and signage installed as part of the same package, so the unit read as a finished retail space on day one.
