Working in Kensington
Design and build in Kensington
Kensington and Knightsbridge bring period buildings, careful neighbours and high expectations. We refurbish and fit out with the detailing those spaces call for.
Design, build, furniture and aftercare all come from one team, so there is a single point of accountability from planning to handover.
What we do
Our services in Kensington
Everything in-house, from pre-construction to handover.
Design & Build
One accountable team from pre-construction planning to handover, typically around 30% quicker than traditional procurement.
Office fit-out
Space planning, MEP design and full fit-out for Kensington workplaces, including preparing offices for hybrid working.
Refurbishment
Upgrades, dilapidations and reinstatement, delivered with minimal disruption to the building in use.
Interior design
Interior design and 3D visualisation, so you see the finished space before work starts on site.
Furniture and joinery
FF&E procurement, furniture consultancy and supply, upholstery and bespoke joinery.
Signage and plants
Commercial branding, signage, vinyl wrap, faux plants and aftercare to finish the space.
