Working in Clerkenwell
Design and build in Clerkenwell
Clerkenwell is one of London's most design-led districts. We fit out and refurbish workplaces that respect the area's industrial buildings while working hard for the people in them.
Space planning, interior design, joinery and fit-out all sit with one team, so decisions stay joined up from start to finish.
What we do
Our services in Clerkenwell
Everything in-house, from pre-construction to handover.
Design & Build
One accountable team from pre-construction planning to handover, typically around 30% quicker than traditional procurement.
Office fit-out
Space planning, MEP design and full fit-out for Clerkenwell workplaces, including preparing offices for hybrid working.
Refurbishment
Upgrades, dilapidations and reinstatement, delivered with minimal disruption to the building in use.
Interior design
Interior design and 3D visualisation, so you see the finished space before work starts on site.
Furniture and joinery
FF&E procurement, furniture consultancy and supply, upholstery and bespoke joinery.
Signage and plants
Commercial branding, signage, vinyl wrap, faux plants and aftercare to finish the space.
